Free AI training with your booking

Every day you spend at a RAiN workspace opens a module of AI training on RAiN Academy, free. People who aren’t booking a desk pay for the same courses.

How it works

  1. Book and check in. Any booking counts — an hour pass or a month pass.
  2. Create a free RAiN Academy account and pick a course.
  3. Enter your booking code on the course page. The module opens.
  4. Come back tomorrow for the next one.

That’s it. The code is the same one you tap into the check-in tablet and use for the Wi-Fi.

One module a day

A day at the workspace opens one module, and a module is several lessons — usually an afternoon’s work.

A few things worth knowing, because they surprise people otherwise:

Finishing early doesn’t open the next one. If you clear a module by lunchtime, the one after it opens on your next visit. The pace is deliberate: these courses are meant to be done properly, not skimmed in a weekend.

An hour pass and a day seat open the same one module. The longer booking gives you more time to finish it, not more modules.

A week or month pass opens one module for each day you turn up. Check in on Monday and Tuesday and you’ve opened two. Stay home Wednesday and you haven’t.

You can’t skip ahead. Module four opens when module three is finished — lessons read and quiz passed, if it has one.

Once it’s open, it’s yours

An opened module stays open. Read it at home that evening, or six months later. Your booking buys the module, not a day’s access to it.

If you don’t finish a module before your booking ends, nothing is lost — you still have it, and your next visit opens the next one once you’re done.

If you don’t book a desk

The same courses are available to buy on RAiN Academy, with the whole curriculum open at once. You still work through the modules in order.

The code is yours alone

The first RAiN account to use a booking code is the account it belongs to, from then on. If you share the code — it’s also your Wi-Fi password — whoever uses it first claims the training.

If your code ends up linked to the wrong account, reception can unlink it.

Questions we get

Do I have to be at the workspace to study? No. You have to be there to open a module. Reading it is wherever you like.

Can I open a module for a day I booked but didn’t attend? No — the unlock follows your check-in, not your payment.

What if I’m refunded? A refunded day takes back the module it opened. Your progress inside it is kept.
