Getting started
Creating a RAiN account takes a few minutes. You'll register, confirm your email, choose whether you're a business or a expert, and then complete a short guided questionnaire.
1. Create your account
From the homepage, choose:

Both lead to the same sign‑up form. Enter:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- A password (8+ characters — use the 👁 eye icon to check it as you type)
The same email can only be registered once. If you already have an account, choose Sign in instead.
2. Confirm your email
We email you a 6‑digit code. Enter it to confirm your email is yours. That's it — no separate step, you go straight to the next part.
- Code not arriving? Check spam, then use Start over to resend.
- Codes expire after about 10 minutes.
3. Choose your path
After confirming your email, you'll land on "How are you joining RAiN?" and pick:
- I'm a business — get AI implementation help.
- I'm an expert — deliver AI implementation services.
You can do both later if you operate on both sides.
4. Complete the guided questionnaire
A friendly, one‑question‑at‑a‑time flow collects what's needed to match and serve you well. It only asks what's relevant to you and remembers your progress.
Meet Rain, your guide
Right after you choose your path, you can pick how to go through it:

| Guide me with voice | Rain — a glowing voice orb — reads each question and the options aloud and walks you through, step by step. |
| I'll do it myself | A quiet, text‑only flow. Same questions, no voice. |
- 🔊 In voice mode you can mute or replay at any time.
- ✍️ You can always type or tap your answers — voice is an aid, not a requirement.
- ⏪ Use Back to revisit a previous answer.
When you finish, your profile is created automatically and you land on your dashboard.
5. Returning later (signing in)
RAiN sign‑in is two‑step for your security:
- Enter your email + password.
- Enter the 6‑digit code we email you.

Need to stop midway?
During the questionnaire you can Cancel from the top of the page. This permanently deletes the email and everything you entered, and signs you out — a clean slate.
